How did we build the complete communication foundation for a brand new platform from its first wireframe to its vendor ecosystem?

A Single Space for FaaS to Reach New Markets

Taglime partnered with Dobrh across a three-year collaboration, developing the full communication architecture from lo-fi wireframes and website structure through core copy, company profile, vendor brochures, and onboarding video scripts, creating the content foundation a brand new platform needs to launch with confidence.

The Challenge at Hand

Brand voice development in Saudi Arabia for a platform at launch stage carries a pressure that established brands rarely face. Every communication asset gets created simultaneously, with no existing audience familiarity to lean on and no prior content to draw consistency from. The website architecture, the vendor brochures, the onboarding scripts, and the company profile all had to emerge from the same voice and the same strategic understanding of what Dobrh was building, before Dobrh had built it publicly.

A multi-vendor platform introduces a communication complexity that single-product brands sidestep entirely. Dobrh needed to speak credibly to two distinct audiences at once. End users arriving to discover and engage with the platform bring entirely different expectations from vendors evaluating whether to join the ecosystem. Messaging frameworks that try to address both audiences with the same content end up serving neither. The architecture had to create distinct journeys for each while the brand voice held the whole experience together.

The three-year timeline reflected the genuine complexity of the engagement rather than a slow process. Platform launches of this kind move through strategy, architecture, content development, vendor acquisition, and public launch as sequential phases, each one building on decisions made in the last. UX copywriting developed for wireframes in year one shapes the information hierarchy the final website inherits. Messaging frameworks established at the start determine how vendor brochures and onboarding scripts sound two years later. Every early decision carried long-term consequences.

How We Made it Happen?

We established brand voice development in Saudi Arabia as the first and most foundational deliverable. Before wireframes were drawn or a single page of copy was briefed, we defined how Dobrh speaks, what it values, and how its tone shifts between a consumer-facing platform experience and a vendor-facing business proposition. That framework became the reference point the entire three-year collaboration returned to whenever a new asset type entered the scope.

Lo-fi wireframes and website architecture translated the messaging framework into a structural logic for the platform, mapping user journeys, content hierarchy, and functional requirements into a blueprint that content and design could build from together. UX copywriting then populated that architecture with purposeful language, each section written with full awareness of where the user came from and where the platform needed them to go next.

Vendor-focused brochures and onboarding video scripts extended the communication system into the ecosystem layer, giving Dobrh the tools to bring partners onto the platform with the same clarity and confidence the consumer-facing content projected. Company profile development ran alongside the broader content programme, building an institutional narrative that positioned Dobrh credibly for the partnerships and conversations a new platform needs to have before its public presence does the talking. The result is a communication foundation comprehensive enough to launch a platform and durable enough to grow with it.
