The Challenge at Hand
Before the world could understand Unifonic, Unifonic had to understand itself. After 20+ years in the market, one of the GCC’s leading communications providers was transitioning to an AI-native customer experience platform. Unifonic’s products had become more capable, but the communication had not evolved at the same pace. Their growing portfolio was missing an established brand voice, unified terminology, and a consistent messaging framework.
Our key challenge was to make the agentic AI products feel human, without losing their distinctive features. This meant giving the brand a clear, recognizable voice through B2B copywriting in Saudi Arabia. For enterprise buyers encountering AI-native CX for the first time, we had to make the platform easy to understand and navigate.
This challenge extended to the content itself. Product messaging needed a clean structure with all the right information in the right place and a logical path for buyers to enable quick decision-making. The experience included visual-related challenges as well. We had to make sure the diagrams, interfaces, and other product assets communicated the same story as the web copy.
Meanwhile, the platform’s bilingual nature added another layer of complexity. Every piece of communication had to maintain authority and tone in Arabic just as it did in English. From web copy and campaigns to visual assets, demo screens, and infographics, Unifonic needed to bring the fragments together. Therefore, we dedicated our efforts to inform and reassure buyers and turn a technically advanced platform into a recognizable, memorable story.
How We Made it Happen
Taglime acted as an extension of Unifonic’s marketing team, contributing to the strategy, structure, messaging, and content from day one. We started with a website audit and researched the platform, competitors, and the target audiences to understand the messaging gaps. Our team mapped the content architecture by identifying what sections needed to exist, where information should sit, and how the page hierarchy should guide enterprise buyers from awareness to action. Taglime also supported Unifonic’s design team with visual recommendations, reference diagrams, and design briefs for multiple webpages.
Once the communication strategy was in place, we built a system for our collaboration. Our team continues to maintain a unified, bilingual brand glossary to standardize the terminology across products, audiences, and formats. We developed outcome-first web copy, with UX copywriting focused on distinct buyer personas and decision stages. Our SEO website copywriting responded to user search intent across 10+ webpages, while AI search and GEO optimization helped Unifonic earn placement in generative search responses alongside traditional results.
In Arabic, we localized the strategy and copywriting for B2B audiences in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. Our transcreation extended to client-supplied visual assets, demo screens, chat interfaces, and diagrams, ensuring all content felt native to Arabic speakers. As part of our scope, we have worked on B2B marketing and email campaigns, GTM communications, sales collateral, newsletters, SEO blog writing, and social teasers in both languages.
Today, Unifonic is building the future of AI-native CX in the region, and our ongoing partnership ensures the messaging stays human, action-oriented, and audience-first.
